SnapShove Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between PetDuck LLC (“PetDuck”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) governing your access to and use of the SnapShove mobile application, website, and any related services, content, or features (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Billing and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time payment is due.

Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually). If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings or through the applicable app store provider.

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel prior to the expiration of the trial.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized processors. Such payments may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new charges for the Service at any time. Any changes to pricing will take effect at the next billing cycle.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that we believe, in our sole discretion, may constitute fraud, abuse, or a high-risk transaction. In such cases we may request additional verification, including government-issued identification.

Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that information provided through the Service is accurate and current. However, the Service may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotional offers.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

We are under no obligation to update information on the Service except where required by applicable law.

Data Storage and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of any data or content you submit or generate through the Service.

While we may perform routine system backups for operational purposes, PetDuck LLC does not guarantee the availability, recovery, or restoration of any data.

We are not responsible for any loss of user data, content, or information stored through the Service.

Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by PetDuck LLC.

We do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any third-party services or their content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. Accessing third-party services through the Service is done at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • To infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of PetDuck LLC or any third party.
  • To harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
  • To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • To upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
  • To collect or harvest personal information of other users.
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security or functionality of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by PetDuck LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership rights to the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed through the Service are the property of PetDuck LLC or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetDuck LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of goodwill

In no event shall the aggregate liability of PetDuck LLC exceed the greater of:

  1. One U.S. dollar (USD $1), or
  2. The total amount paid by you to PetDuck LLC during the one month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

PetDuck LLC does not guarantee that:

  • Any defects will be corrected.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted within the Service and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which PetDuck LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
